Timothy R. Gablehouse

Mr. Gablehouse founded the firm in 1988 and focuses his practice on management of environmental compliance, emergency planning, and corrective action projects. This includes managing compliance and liability issues surrounding accident prevention programs for hazardous materials, emergency planning, emergency response, community right-to-know programs, and continuity of operations.

He is a frequent national and international speaker on these topics, including Congressional testimony. Internationally, Mr. Gablehouse has been active in these fields, frequently participating in workshops and meetings sponsored by UNEP. He was the primary author of the UNEP handbook “Awareness and Preparedness for Emergencies at the Local Level.”
